Alliance Sweepstakes Services, Inc. (“Alliance”) issues a Letter of Agreement/Statement of Work (“Contract”) to all potential clients who request a quote. Once a potential client signs the Contract, Alliance will deliver all services listed within the Contract within the agreed upon timeframe. All sales are final upon the signing of the Contract. Alliance WILL NOT issue any refund or recognize any cancellation once a Contract is signed and/or payment is made.
